As FTI’s Wellness Program Manager, Alyssa is responsible for the oversight, development and administration of wellness programs, policies and initiatives that promote the physical, mental, emotional and financial well-being of the organization’s team members. She manages implementation, delivery and evaluation of wellness programs and initiatives designed to support the overall health and well-being of employees and their family members, including relationship management, program oversight and operations, employee engagement, outcomes reporting and continuous quality improvement.
Alyssa spearheaded the organization’s recognition as one of America’s Healthiest 100 Workplaces by Healthiest Employer, LLC, for six years, which enabled FTI to be inducted into their Hall of Fame in 2022. The Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America are celebrated for their commitment to employee health and exceptional corporate wellness programming. She also facilitated FTI’s achievement of national Gold Level recognition in 2019, 2020 and 2021 through the American Heart Association for taking significant steps to build a culture of health and well-being for team members.
Alyssa joined Faith Technologies in 2008 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She is recognized by the Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) as one of their Top 100 Health Promotion Professionals and is a member of the WELCOA Faculty, which recognizes individual achievement in National Workplace Wellness. Alyssa received her certification as a Corporate Wellness Specialist in 2015, and in 2018 was a recipient of the Well-Being 100 Award which recognizes those who have proven innovation and commitment to continuous improvement in the health and well-being industry. She also sits on the Workplace Health Committee for Wisconsin’s American Heart Association, supporting employers in Wisconsin in building a culture of health in their workplace and throughout the community.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys participating in professional and community organizations relating to health and wellness, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
