As General Manager of FTI’s Digital Products business, Derek is responsible for leading development of the organization’s digital products offerings, specifically those related to digitizing electrical utilities and distributed energy resources. This includes leading innovation, marketing, product development and P&L management. Derek provides leadership and guidance to FTI and external customers on how to best leverage technology to improve adoption and use of energy assets.

Derek joined Faith Technologies in 2018 following a career as a U.S. Army Captain, specializing in logistics and operations. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University, a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). In his free time, Derek enjoys following technology trends, running, and hiking various mountains near his adopted home of Las Vegas, NV with his wife.
