As the Field Talent Acquisition Manager for Faith Technologies, Elizabeth oversaw field recruitment strategies, programs, and procedures, and was responsible for leading a team of recruiters, establishing and maintaining relationships with regional workforce managers and operational leaders, as well as staying on top of trends, legislation and best practices within the industry.

Prior coming to Faith Technologies, Elizabeth owned and operated Duet Recruiting, where she recruited at all levels within the pulp and paper industry throughout North America, focusing on high-quality delivery and consultancy to both candidates and businesses.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Stout.
