As Vice President of Talent Operations, Holly serves the employees of Faith Technologies and the human resource structure in support of the needs of the enterprise in terms of strategy, profitability and competitive advantage. She provides strategic and administrative oversight to functions such as employee compensation and benefits, recruitment and retention, performance management, employment policies, regulatory compliance and employee relations.

Holly received her bachelor’s degree in management and human relations from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas. She is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Certified Compensation Manager (CMS), and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
