As the Executive Vice President of Talent, Jill is responsible for providing leadership and coordinating talent-related strategies with an emphasis on workforce planning and recruitment, succession planning and retention, and employee/ leadership development. In her role, she develops and implements long-term talent strategies that dovetail with the company strategy.

Jill joined Faith Technologies in 2009 and holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Communication with an emphasis in Business. She is a certified MBTI® practitioner, has obtained her Hogan Assessment Certification, and is also certified in the Information Mapping of design and documentation. Jill has more than a decade of experience as a learning professional.

When not at work, Jill is a fitness enthusiast who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
