As vice president of talent, Julie is responsible for driving the implementation and achievement of all talent-related strategies to deliver a coordinated, connected and positive experience for team members that supports profitability and creates competitive advantage. She provides talent guidance to the business and provides leadership for the organization’s talent function, including talent acquisition, talent services and operations, learning and development, workforce management and total rewards. Julie’s talent leadership philosophy is oriented around optimizing people-centered activities that attract, engage, develop, reward and retain top talent.
Julie was previously executive vice president and chief people officer at Brown & Brown Insurance and brings with her more than 20 years of HR experience that spans the manufacturing, automotive and aerospace industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, and SHRM-SCP human resources professional certifications.
Outside of work, Julie enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family.
