Randy Fieldhack

VP - Intellectual Property Menasha, WI

As Faith Technologies’ Vice President of Intellectual Property, Randy is responsible for leading the establishment of Faith’s IP strategy, processes, management, communication and training. He provides oversight to the development of IP processes, invention disclosures, innovation and idea management, trade secret protection, as well as trademark and copyright processes. Randy provides legal advice related to invention evaluation, domestic and foreign patent application preparation and prosecution, management of outside counsel, license review, drafting, and negotiation, IP-related contract review and negotiation, copyright review and transfers, nondisclosure agreement review and negotiation.

Prior to joining Faith Technologies, Randy was assistant general counsel with Kimberly-Clark, served as a patent attorney with Michael Best & Friedrich and spent 11 years as a nuclear engineer for We Energies. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and his juris doctorate from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Outside of work Randy sits on the Boards of Trustees of the Neenah Public Library and the Winnefox Regional Library System. Randy enjoys tinkering and playing what he hilariously describes as tennis.
