As an Associate Preconstruction Manager, Sara works closely with project managers and owners during the design phase of design-build, design-assist, and integrated projects, coordinating other preconstruction resources as required for the delivery of successful projects. Sara is the key interface between Faith Technologies’ preconstruction group and operations group on such projects, and is responsible for designing and developing value-added technical pricing and design solutions from concept through completion of detailed drawings.

Sara joined Faith Technologies in 2014, and holds a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management from Kansas State University. She is an active member of the National Association of Women in Construction (NAWIC), where she serves on the bowling fundraising committee, and most recently became a member of the Kansas City chapter’s board of directors. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, attending sporting events, and baking.
