A Distinguished Honorary Alumni, and So Much More!

Rollie Stephenson receiving the "Distinguished Honorary Alumnus of the Year Award" from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh College of Business Dean, William Tallon, on October 17, 2014.If you’ve ever crossed paths with Rollie Stephenson, Faith Technologies’ Chairman of the Board and former CEO, it’s likely you have a story to share. Whether it’s about his love for racing and his 1964 Cobra CSX 2350, or his passion for business leadership and helping others grow and succeed.

No matter which capacity you know him in, you’ve undoubtedly encountered his generous, humble spirit; the one that makes him stand out as a great leader, mentor, and collaborative team player. As a testament to his legacy, the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh College of Business recently presented Rollie with a Distinguished Honorary Alumnus of the Year Award; the first award the college has ever given of its kind, which honors how he has so positively impacted their growing College.

Rollie serves on the Business Advisory Council for the UW-Oshkosh College of Business, and is a significant supporter. He is an active member of Dean William J. Tallon’s Advisory Council and the Center for Entrepreneurship & Innovation Advisory Board. During his tenure with the College, he has also been a volunteer at various events including a judge for student’s “Elevator Pitch Contest,” and a guest speaker for the College of Entrepreneur Organization.

Rollie helped the College of Business host its first alumni Business Plan Competition event last March in Naples, Florida, and has aided many of its student programs. He is well-respected by not only those at the College, but also by business leaders he’s worked with through the years; especially the employees and customers he’s touched here at Faith Technologies.

In addition to presenting Rollie with this prestigious award, the College of Business also put together the video below highlighting his dedication to the College, which he refers to as “a hidden gem,” and passion for mentoring others.

Congratulations on this distinguished award, Rollie!
