Happy Thanksgiving from Faith Technologies

This week, we observe a holiday celebrated by millions – Thanksgiving!

During this time of joy and good cheer we are reminded to be grateful of what we have, and to share it with others; to reflect on everything we’re thankful for, and to count our many blessings. So that’s just what we did.

Here at Faith Technologies, we are most thankful for our growing, dynamic team of employees whose year-round commitment has made our company successful. Our team has grown into the epitome of Faith Technologies’ values, and we are incredibly grateful for their hard work and dedication.

We are also thankful for the many business relationships we have developed and maintained over the past year, and for our loyal customers. These relationships have pushed our company to new heights this year and we hope to continue that growth in the years to come.

Last but certainly not least, we are so very thankful for you – our valued readers – who regularly engage with us here on our company blog.

This year, take the time to truly appreciate what you are most thankful for, and take that gratitude past Thanksgiving and into your everyday life. Remember the freedoms and opportunities you enjoy each day, remember the people who truly deserve your thanks, and enjoy the company of your family, loved ones, and friends.

If you are traveling to visit your loved ones this Thanksgiving, follow these tips from the American Safety Council to make sure you arrive safe and sound. The infographic below also shares some interesting statistics to keep in mind!

  • Follow Basic Driving Safety Precautions: Remember to wear your seatbelt, drive the speed limit, look both ways, use your turn signals, and keep both hands on the wheel.
  • Plan Ahead: Instead of worrying about making it on time and risking the chance of aggressive driving, understand and remember that you will likely run into traffic while traveling over the holidays. Give yourself a good cushion of time and leave early to help you make it on time despite delays, as well as minimizing road rage.
  • Drive Defensively: Driving defensively is always a good idea, and can help you make it to and from your holiday destination. Aggressive driving is not personal, even if it may seem so at times and everyone has the right to drive on the road. Preventing someone from getting over, speeding, or cutting someone off is not worth the risk.
  • Focus on the Road: On average, nine Americans die every day in distracted driving related incidents. This number is likely to spike when driving over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, so it’s important to stay focused on the road at all times. Do not search for loose items, text, program your GPS, or daydream while driving. Help keep the roads safe by staying focused with both hands on the wheel while driving.

From all of us at Faith Technologies – best wishes for a happy, healthy, and safe Thanksgiving!
